Process: Decaffeinated using the Swiss Water® Process.
The Swiss Water® Process removes caffeine by soaking green coffee beans in a water solution for over 8 hours. This water solution absorbs the caffeine from the beans and is then repeatedly carbon filtered until 99.9% of the caffeine is removed. This process ensures the removal of the caffeine while also keeping the integrity of the flavor profile of the coffee intact.
