Refund policy

Due to the nature of our product, Censky Coffee cannot offer returns. 

If your order has not arrived, been damaged, or the wrong product has been sent please contact us at censkycoffee@gmail.com. Please note that if you have received the wrong product we still cannot accept the return but will work with you to make sure you get the correct product you ordered.

If you place an order with us and see that you ordered the incorrect product please contact us immediately. Our team works incredibly fast and if we get to it soon enough we can assure you receive the correct product.
