Our Story

Censky Coffee Company started with a simple problem—we couldn’t find coffee we truly loved.

Some were weak and watery. Others tasted stale. Many were overly dark, oily, and bitter. As lifelong coffee lovers, we knew coffee should be bold, smooth, and satisfying—not disappointing. So we set out to create our own.

What started as curiosity quickly became an obsession. We began sourcing exceptional beans and experimenting with roasting profiles and combinations of different coffees. By adjusting roasting times and blending techniques, we discovered how dramatically flavor could change.

The result is exactly what we were searching for from the beginning:

A bold, smooth cup of coffee with strong flavor, low acidity, and no bitterness.

From the beans we source to the roasting that unlocks their character, we oversee the process with care. The result is coffee that’s fresh, balanced, and full of flavor.

Our mission is simple:

Provide truly great coffee at a fair price delivered fresh to your door

We’re proud of what we’ve built and confident that once you try it, you’ll taste the difference.

Welcome to Censky Coffee Company — we’re glad you’re here.

How Fresh Is Our Coffee?

For most coffee, the peak window of freshness is between 4-14 days after roasting. Unfortunately, many large coffee companies roast in massive batches and ship their beans to warehouses and big box stores, where they can sit on shelves for weeks or even months before they are brewed.

At Censky Coffee Company, we believe coffee should be experienced the way it was meant to be. That's why every bag is roasted the day it ships, ensuring it arrives at its peak flavor and freshness.

When you brew a cup from our beans, you're tasting more than just coffee. You're tasting the care, craftsmanship, and dedication we put into every roast with the simple goal of delivering one of the best cups of coffee you've ever had.

Why Specialty Grade Coffee

Most grocery stores and large coffee chain coffees are produced for volume and consistency, not quality. Lower-grade beans with more defects are common, and they’re often roasted very dark to hide imperfections—creating the bitter, oily flavors many people associate with coffee.

Specialty coffee is different.

To be considered specialty grade, coffee must score 80+ points on a 100-point scale from certified graders who evaluate aroma, flavor, balance, and overall character. These coffees are known for their clean flavor, distinct origins, and careful growing and processing methods. Only 3%-10% of the worlds coffee volume falls into specialty grade.

At Censky Coffee Company, every coffee we offer meets these specialty standards. We also use European Preparation (EP), meaning the beans are screened to size 15+ and carefully sorted by machine and hand to remove defects, resulting in more uniform beans and cleaner, more consistent roasts.

Better beans from the start simply create a better cup in the end.
